"La Casa Colibri" is a spectacular and secure apartment for 7 people (190m2) with balconies and views, renovated and fully equipped, in the heart of the lively and secure Floresta district in Quito.
Consists of a large room, dining room and living room of about 60m2 with veranda, a separate kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, overlooking a balcony with views of the Pichincha volcano and a pleasant desk. There are also two bathrooms and 3 toilets as well as a laundry room.
The space
"La Casa Colibri" is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building, classified from the 1950s, completely renovated with the concern of keeping old services (parquet flooring, marble fireplace and cement tiles) and bringing the greatest comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave, induction plates).
The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms:
- A master of 18 m2 with a queen bed of 160 X 200 cm and a x 70 x 190 cm canopy bed.
- A 2nd bedroom of 12 m2 with a bed of 140 X 190 cm.
- One 3rd bedroom of 16 m2 with 2 twin beds of 105 X 190 cm.
+ it is possible to sleep an 8th person in the office, x 70 x 190 cm can be slept.


The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the very nice, secure and popular area of the Floresta. Many shops are nearby (cafes like Los 3 Gatos, restaurants, many shops, Supermaxi Supermarket open until 8 p.m., 5 min walk ...).
We can book a taxi to take you to the apartment from the airport and you will be personally received.
For long stays, a maid will come to clean every week and this is included in the price
