Gîte welcoming and quite, countryside and closeness to the sea

Welcome to the "Carpe Diem" gîte, located at the edge of Dinan, a charming medieval town with its pretty port on the Rance and close to the beaches of the "Emeraude" Coast.
The gîte, on one level, of 36m2, consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The adjoining garden with barbecue, lounge and furniture allows you to enjoy the sun or the shade of the oak trees.
The parking lot is private and enclosed.
There is also the bus, very practical, 200m away there is a “Dynamo” stop which takes you free to Dinan and its surroundings.
The nearest beaches are half an hour away as well as the towns and seaside resorts of the Emeraude Coast, Dinard, Saint Malo, Saint Cast, (allow a little more in season), for Mont Saint Michel allow nearly 'one hour.
