« This hotel is good, but it surely does not worth the price we have paid for it. It is presented as a wild and preserved piece of nature but it is not... The big bags full of construction waste along the way are a good way yo welcome people. The price of water taxi is also way too expansive for a 15 minutes trip, when you have already paid for the room. »

« Vraiment très déçu de cette hôtel, nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre à plus de 40° et quand je parle de chambre je dirais plutôt dans le cagibi, les robinets de la salle de bain était rouillé il y avait du moisi partout la cabine de douche devait dater d’au moins 40 ans.l’eau de la piscine était verte et tourner. Le seul point positif est la situation géographique de l’hôtel. »

My first night was unexpected—I needed an ambulance to the local hospital after a fall on the ferry—but the staff at Bay Vista were incredibly attentive throughout the whole ordeal. They checked on me during the ambulance visit and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing okay (four sutures along my hairline).
