I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! 'Very nice room with comfortable bed. Stayed in executive room, but proper desk to work on his missing!!!. Could not find a way to turn heating off. Restaurant: We had dinner with four, Food mediocre, different wine served than the one ordered so overall not up to standard.'

'Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....
