'One has to remember this hotel has seen many seasons, eclectic & quaint for sure yet spotless. Staff was so friendly and informative. The room and bed was large and comfy, enjoyed our river facing balcony and the main floor porch area. Definitely would stay here again. '

'My wife and I were traveling through and found the Lighthouse on short notice. The Lighthouse sits at the base of Saginaw Bay and has a 280 degree view of the water. The sunrise and sunset was simply amazing and the bird watching was incredible. We saw so many birds but the most impressive was a juvenile bald-eagle fishing on the bank prior to sunrise. The Lighthouse is small and tight but a perfect location if you want to get away and simply hit the reset button. You will not be disappointed. '
