'I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.'

'Great little hotel, clean well furnished room, nice breakfast with good choices, in a lovely area of the city and good value. They had free tea and coca tea in the lobby. Very safe with locked main entrance. Our room was on the top floor, had no noise issues but this is probably dependant on your room/floor.'

Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. 'The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. '

"Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt.
Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. Het bevat goede gezonde keuzes en heerlijke broodjes, iets wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in de omgeving.
We hebben ook een keer gegeten in het a la carte restaurant en dat was ook van goede kwaliteit en met veel lekkere groenten.
Alle plekken zijn op loopafstand van het hotel daarnaast ligt er een grote supermarkt op 10 min afstand. Daarnaast ligt het hotel ook op het vlakke deel van Cusco, hierdoor hoef je nagenoeg geen trappen te lopen om faciliteiten in de omgeving te bezoeken. Iets wat zeer fijn is op 3000 meter hoogte en een nadeel is van andere hotels. Onderschat de trappen niet met het lage zuurstofgehalte op deze hoogte."

"Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting."
