'The Little Red Cottage is a very cute tiny. It is well-equipped and nicely decorated with bright colors. We were there in the winter so we didn't get to see the trees and flowers in bloom, but the yard was well-cared-for and would certainly be beautiful Spring through Fall. I loved the selection of reading material that was available in the cottage. It was clear that the cottage is a project the hosts are committed to. There were many touches of their love of hospitality throughout the home.'

'Great property with an awesome view. A few things could be better mentioned, it is a lower of a duplex, no one was upstairs when we were there so no factor. You cannot reach the beach as you are basically on a cliff 30-40 ft drop, but still a nice view. Some reviews picked on the remodel...sure things could have been done better, but for a rental very nice, a few quirks with switches but nothing major. Would like a pizza pan and cutter : ) Served our purpose and we would stay again! Very secure...

'The inside of the house was clean and convenient. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. But the backyard did not resemble the photo as listed because it needed to be cut and a little care given. So was not useable for the dog. The decks and stairs were dirty, needed a good wash. Parking was very tight, we did put 1 car in the garage which was a nice option. There is space for 2 more cars in front of the house but the driveway area is shared with many others that probably live there full time and...

'Overall was a nice little place to stay. Came into the area for a Jiu Jitsu tournament. 10 mins from location. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine minus garlic powder haha. Loved the deep bath tub. Very cozy clean modern. Safe neighborhood. Only issue was Vrbo added that there was a hot tub when in fact there was no hot tub ever. Next time I’ll make sure to double check amenities.'
