'Immaculate hotel in downtown Punta Gorda conveniently located to many restaurants and the boat ramp. The hotel is vintage and my room was absolutely beautiful with superior decor and mood lighting. The hotel and bar staff were polite and professional and catered to all of my needs. Definitely will make this my preferred hotel during all my future visits.'

'Please ask for your room to be cleaned daily. It took me 4 days to get it done and even when it was done it was still dirty. Food in between the sheets. The management team came and they did an amazing job cleaning and rectified the problem. It was immaculate after. The food is not great. Especially Stretto. Very disappointed. Go into town. Walk the bridges. They do not have a shuttle. You have to uber or walk. Parking is free. We should have rented a car. Overall, I’m happy to have gotten away...
