  • Een mooi en comfortabel appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aan de jachthaven in het gewilde Harbor Towers-gedeelte van Burnt Store Marina. De gated community heeft de diepste jachthaven aan de westkust van Florida en een 27-holes golfbaan. Gelegen op enkele minuten van het dorp Fisherman's en het centrum van Punta Gorda. Het is een korte reis naar Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral en de Englewood-stranden. Eten opties in de gated community zijn onder andere het Cass Cay restaurant & bar dat uitkijkt op de jachthaven en het Linkside café dat op de golfbaan ligt. Er is een watertaxi beschikbaar met dagtochten naar Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours en Sunset Cruises.

Paradise

Jeff was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and comfortable. Brunt Store Marina is paradise. If you're a boater the best place on the Gulf. Will stay at Jeff's property again.

We had a nice time

The people in the complex were very friendly. It was a very laid back place. We enjoyed the deli and restaurant in the complex. The pool was very shaded but the boats in the marina were fun to see and the marina was a great place to go on walks.

Great place to stay

Burnt store marina is a great property. The pool and hot tub were very convenient. The restaurant was great with good musicians, karaoke, and other fun activities. The golf course was in great shape. Conveniently located to Ft Myers, Punta Gorda. Pine Island, and Sanibel. The host, Jeff, was very responsive to our requests.

Great location…needs some updating

Nice place…only suggestion is that the king bed was very uncomfortable. Couch had stains and kitchen pots should be replaced. Nice quiet community.

Upscale condo unit in Punta Gorda

Lovely well maintained condo unit with friendly neighbors. The manatee in the marina were incredible to watch up close! I loved the walking trails throughout the development. The unit was clean and spacious and Jeff was very responsive with questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jeff was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. The condo was relatively clean with the exception of the carpeting. It was pretty dirty.

Paradise

A beautiful location, plenty of space, super quiet-- owner is super responsive & helpful, made sure we had everything we needed during out stay. Neighbors are wonderful-- pool maintenance was happening during our stay so we had to use the pool next door but it was just as nice, if not better & the folks we ran into over there were awesome & gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Quiet condo in a beautiful gated community

We stayed at the condo for a three week vacation in April. Loved the Burnt Store Marina community. Restaurant and small store with deli area were so convenient. The complex is beautiful and perfect for morning and evening walks. Jeff was great to work with and his condo is in a very quiet location. Would highly recommend!

Burnt Store Marina

Jeff was absolutely wonderful to rent from, great communication. The updates to his condo were fantastic. Burnt Store Marina was fabulous, not only gorgeous in view, but the restaurant was delicious, as well as awesome atmosphere. We highly recommend Burnt Store Marina. Thank you Jeff!

2 week vacation

Jeff’s unit was perfect for our 2 week stay. The unit had everything we needed. Jeff reached out to us prior to our arrival and made checking in a breeze and answered any questions we had. We will be renting from him again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks!!

Wonderful

My family and I had a great time at Jeffery's condo at Burnt Store. I brought my boat to do some fishing while my wife and kids hung by the pool, checked out the local areas, and just relaxed. The condo has everything you'll need. There was basic household goods, but we did have to get extra as we were there a week with 5 people. There are great restaurants close by as well as in the local areas. I highly recommend the Blue Dog in Matlacha, as well as Frank Ski's in Punta Gorda for breakfast. The restaurant at the Marina was very good as well. We were there for the 4th, and they made the most outstanding smoked pork chop. The marina staff was very accommodating. Call and talk to them about slip rentals instead of using the Dockwa website for a better price.

Great staycation

This is a tastefully furnished condo with everything you could need. The unit is near the pool and the property is part of a marina community with mature landscaping and attractive housing. Lots of people out walking in the morning. There’s an on-site restaurant and the community sits nicely between Ft. Myers and Punta Gorda. Jeff is an exceptional host who answered any question or concern in minutes. He also managed to have a friend deliver toilet paper in the face of epic hoarding!

Quick stay

I loved burnt store Marina! The condo was adequate for the two of us. The condo wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the inside of of the refrigerator and throw condiments away that were left. The washing machine has mold around the inside of it and it smells. The bed had no mattress pad on it so the bottom sheets would not stay on. The lanai floor is so dirty that the bottom of our feet would be filthy from walking on it. Both the bedrooms face the front of the building and parking lot. So the only view of the Marina was walking out back of the building and seeing it. The furniture and carpet need cleaned badly. As far checking in and finding the condo that was very easy.

Great Place at Burnt Store

My wife and I stayed at Jeffrey Flaherty’s place in Harbor Tower II from February 15-22. The condo was exceptional, the neighbors were extremely friendly and walking the Marina sidewalks was quite enjoyable. We will definitely return. Thanks Jeffrey.

Excellent Condo Outstanding Community

Jeffrey's condo was outstanding. It was super clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Jeffrey was always prompt in responding to any questions we had. The pool was excellent and the walks around the beautiful marina was refreshing and enjoyable. A bit of a drive to beachies but worth the drive especially Sanibel Island. I would stay there again. John J
