'We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. '

'Too few healthy products at breakfast; too much food was been waisted by guests because of the organisation of breakfast time.
Very nice staff.
Nice equipment but surrounds of the swimming pool are not suitable for sunning and resting.
Anyway, nice stay thnks to the of the staff'

'All of it!!! It was an amazing stay! The staff, room and amenities were top notch!
The only thing I would say is that they should clean the windows on the lookout since it distorts the view and makes the viewing experience not so enjoyable. '

'Wonderful property and Staff. Personalized service from all staff. BEST breakfast daily I’ve ever had at a hotel. Wish I was able to stay longer to enjoy the awesome outdoor and indoor pools. Highly recommend you stay here while in Punta del Este!'
