Our room had a lot of issues, including our shower head almost falling off and flooding our bathroom. We also didn't have a safety latch on our door so one afternoon two different staff members just walked into our room while we were inside sleeping which was very off putting. The buffet was ok. There was a lot of options but everything that was supposed to be warm/hot was cold. The restaurants were nice and I did like their food more but I did notice that the later your reservation was, the slower the service. Also, a lot of the restaurants were out of food which shouldn't happen considering they aren't that busy. Also, it was extremely hard to get a reservation through the app. We ended up doing them all at once through the conceriege but that isn't given as an option at check in. The people/workers were very nice. The spa was also incredible. If the whole resort was more like the spa then it would be an amazing place to stay. Also, i felt like I was constantly getting random phone calls to my hotel room which was odd since we never requested anything. Also, when we first got into our room it was very obvious that it was not ready for people. We only had two towels, the floor in the whole room was grimy, and our bathroom wasn't stocked with any soaps or anything that you get. This resort is okay, but there is a lack of attention to detail. I had a good time considering all of these things, but I won't be returning and I won't be recommending this place.
