'This is the worst experience we have had anywhere at any hotel in Peru in 25 years of extensive traveling. Stay away from it. Go across the street to the GHL or Casa Andina where the staff are polite and helpful.'
'El lugar es perfecto para desconectar del mundo, todo es muy tranquilo, las personas del hospedaje (Ricardo, Cinthya y emine) fueron muy cordiales y dispuestos a que pasáramos la mejor experiencia, recomendación llevar ropa para el frío las noches y mañanas son heladas yo viaje en agosto, en las habitaciones hay calentadores entonces no hay problema para dormir, y por último cuando salgan ya de regreso preveer más tiempo de salida ya que es demorado salir de los uros y más si es en la mañana...
'The location of this small hotel was perfect, directly at the shore of the lake, with rooms with lake view (we could choose our own room!). The owners were very hospitable. They picked us up at the bus station themselves (while our bus was an hour late!). One of them spoke fairly good English and he explained us a lot about the surroundings. The hotel was situated about 12k outside of Puno, it was a very quiet place. The owners were always willing to take us to the center of Puno (15 min drive)...
'We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.'
