'We had a nice stay here and enjoyed the Caribbean side of CR. We were however not impressed by this accommodation, in our opinion it did not deliver enough value for the money we paid. The breakfast is very nice and the chef very friendly, but that was excluded and cost extra. All minimum services are there, but we have stayed at better places for less money and better hospitality. I guess my suggestion would be to either make it an AirBnB where the guest can use the shared kitchen, or be indeed...

I wud say it’s a hidden gem of Costa Rica nestled not too far from everything but not too close either the morning coffee delivery and the breakfast each morning make this place even that much better I can’t say enough good things about The Promise 😉'

'We hadden de vierpersoonskamer naast het hoofdgebouw. Erg ruim en netjes met eigen terras met hangmat. 's Avonds na 9u bijna geen geluid meer van het hoofdgebouw. Restaurant heeft wat weinig keuze maar er is genoeg in de omgeving.'
