We left your place as clean as we found it.
Overall, the Grand Lugana Beach Resort was nice and satisfying. The people that worked there were super nice and supportive. The other guests were also very nice and friendly to talk with.
However, I cannot say the same for unit P-1, your apartment. My biggest and most dissatisfied factor was the fact that I reached out to you on three different occasions within the first full day with questions. I had ABSOLUTELY Zero response. SO, I reached out to Expedia. They too tried to reach you, the host. Again with no response!
Other -factors
1. No instruction/manual on specifics on the unit (how to- (TV, AC, Oven, expectations on exit, etc..)
2. Only one roll of extra toilet paper
3. No paper towels
4. No spare garbage bags, just the one in the receptacle in the kitchen
5. No dishwasher detergent
6. Kitchen Fan was very loud and rusted
7. The stove/oven would NOT stop beeping unless unplugged
8. Cold not ever get the living room TV to work at all – one of my initial concerns and reached out to you
9. Finally found the remote to the Air Conditioner as it was in a drawer – another concern reached out to you
10. The kitchen knives were very dull and some missing tips
11. The cutting board was discusting
12. No water cooler, just two giant jugs that we needed to tip to the side to get fresh water out of for use
13. There was NO view of the beach from the unit as advertised
14. The main shower head did NOT work as it was severely corrod
