There were several issues, upon arrival, gate guard could not find my reservation. Parked the car, went in the guard shack and pointed him out my reservation on the list. After that no problem. Check in-desk took 15 min with the couple in front of us. No information was given to us regarding internet, restaurant closing for three weeks on Sunday. She confirmed what I was being charged though. When got to the room, phone did not work, had to walk down to desk to tell them. They sent someone promptly who checked it out and informed us that phone does not work. Realized that internet code or instruction were not provided , since could not call, walked down again and they sent someone to show where the codes were… I called the office for Casago and gentleman was very cordial and helpful in sending someone to check internet, phone and hot water. All gif working except the phone. Next day smoke detector started beeping, once again ( no phone to call the desk) walked down to report. Desk sent someone promptly to change the battery. Place was clean, good security. As a resort, landscape could be better. We were in west building of the property. Food in the restaurant was good and so was service. They told us that tomorrow is their last day so we went again for dinner. They were closing for three weeks, a scheduled shut down, restaurant staff was excellent. They recommended a place for breakfast since they were closed and it turned out to be great experience for breakfast, overall ok
