This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ground floor condo is impeccably decorated and offers amazing views of the infinity pool and private lagoon where you can watch dolphins playing from almost every room!!! The massive 182 m2 (1960 ft2) condo has an open floor plan and is one of the largest 2 bedroom units in Puerto Aventuras.

Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have a king size bed, 3-piece bathroom ensuite, Smart TV, storage, and small outdoor deck space. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, french door refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, electric and convection ovens, numerous small appliances, and well stocked with everything else you may need. Kitchen and seating bar are open to the dining room area, living room with large sectional sofa and Smart TV, office space with desk, and reading area. An in-suite washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Sliding glass doors lead to a large private patio with outdoor table and seating for 6 people. Just a few steps away is the 53 meter (174 foot) infinity pool, the largest in Puerto Aventuras. The infinity pool overlooks the dolphin discovery lagoon, where you can swim with the dolphins or simply enjoy watching them play all day. The shared outdoor dining area with briquette bbq is also just a few steps away.

We’ll provide 2 kayaks and life jackets which you can use to explore the marina, canals and ocean. We also have 2 bikes which can quickly get you everywhere you want to go within Puerto Averturas.

The Secret Waters complex is located in a quiet section of Puerto Aventuras, yet still walking distance to everything you may need. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the Omni beach club, 1-5 minute walk to multiple restaurants of every cuisine.

Dine out at one of the many restaurants available in Puerto Averturas, order in, or cook at home it’s your choice. A small Oxxo convenience store is located just a 5 minute walk from the condo. For more selection, a Go-Mart is available right outside the Puerto Aventuras main gate or for larger stock-ups the Chedraui supermarket is directly across the highway. We can also arrange a grocery delivery service for the cost of your groceries plus a gratuity fee. If you’re missing the all-inclusive experience, day passes are also available from the nearby Dreams, Catalonia, or Omni Resort Hotels.

A lock box is provided for self check-in to the condo as your privacy is important to us. Additional property details and a welcome package will be provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our Property Manager lives nearby in Puerto Aventuras and is readily available for assistance with anything you may need.
