'I stayed for a few days in wintry January. The room (facing Pownal, 3rd floor) was a clean and cozy refuge from the weather. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs. There are single-use cups available, however, I brought my own thermos which I took to my room and sat back to enjoy the beautiful morning sky from the window. I highly recommend going to...

'Room was large and bright. Everything was clean and seemed well kept. Staff were very kind and welcoming. The pool area was a bit cool but the water was quite warm and the water slide was absolutely fantastic. My kids had a great time playing in the games room & enjoyed the foosball and other games. '

'The hotel is convenient to visit Charlottetown with the car, located in the commercial street outside downtown but not far. Room spatious, well equipped and quiet. The continental breakfast is included but like mos american hotel chains, self service with plastic-throw-away china which for us europeans is seen very primitive and improvised. The staff at the hotel were very helful and efficient as they organised shipment of the bag that we forgot in the hotel, many thanks for that extra service!'
