'I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service. '

'This property is amazing! Short walk to the beach! Easy to get transportation. The front desk staff is so nice, very helpful! Love the studio ocean view room...everything you need is in the room!!
