'A wonderful stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino! The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms were luxurious and clean, and the amenities were ok. The staff was attentive, and the casino offered great entertainment. Highly recommended for a fun and comfortable trip!'

'The staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted us by ensuring our booking was not canceled on the day of our arrival, even though we hadn’t checked in yet. We had opted to pay at the property, but hotels.com wanted to charge our card before we arrived or cancel the room. While this issue wasn’t the property’s fault, I mention it to highlight that they made the effort to keep our room reserved. Very nice!'

'We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost.'

'Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast.
Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family).
Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. '

'Very clean and spacious home. Beautiful flooring and lighting. I just wish it was tvs throughout the home it’s just one big screen in the living room. Overall the home is beautiful it was nice and clean. '
