« From Thurs to check out on Sunday never any supplies whatsoever brought to room; clean mugs, coffee packets, dirty towels never picked up that whole time, the restaurant had ONE waitress BOTH FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY NIGHT working the bar AND RESTAURANT alone!! Thurs night my husband ate alive and we're the only one so she did only BUT We had a party of 14 to eat on Fri & Sat night and she was swamped just doing the bar business!! We sat 35 min before she got away to wait on us. It was a zoo....

« I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing.
On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue throughout my stay.
