« There is nobody at the recption after 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm you have to download an app, make a phone call to the hotel to get a code that activate an "e-key"...what's happen if your phone is out of power or if you don't have the connexion or the knowledge to go through this procedure? Then you can make a phone call and somebody comes to open the door but it is "very costly" according to the hotel manager!!! Unbelievable!!! The only purpose of the system is for the hotel to avoid the cost...

« Kinderfreundlich leider nur bedingt, da die Treppe doch etwas Gefahr in sich Birgt, es sollte eine Absicherung angebracht werden, da die Stufen sehr schmal sind. Alles andere mehr als super, selbst Spielzeug für kleine Kinder befand sich in der Unterkunft! »
