The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twin beds (convertible to a king)—provide ample sleeping space. An open area with a daybed offers additional lounging or sleeping options. All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
