I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel and especially with the attitude of the front desk staff.
When booking the room, the listing clearly stated that a hair dryer would be provided in the bathroom. However, after checking in around 8:00 PM, we discovered there was no hair dryer at all.
I tried calling room service, but it was not reachable by phone. I then contacted the front desk to request a hair dryer. The front desk lady repeatedly said she could not hear me. After I hung up and called again, she then said she could not understand me.
I eventually went to the front desk in person and spoke with a senior lady who was likely the same person I talked to on the phone. She again claimed she could not understand my request. After I explained it clearly, she simply said there was no hair dryer and immediately ended the conversation, sitting down with her eyes closed as if ignoring me. Her partner looked surprised but said nothing. This behavior felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The next morning, I noticed the room next door had a hair dryer. I spoke with a housekeeping staff member, who confirmed that they do have hair dryers and kindly brought one to me. I really appreciate the help from the cleaning staff, but I am very disappointed by the misinformation and lack of service from the front desk.
Because of this experience, I do not recommend this hotel.
