'Breakfast is Japanese style, so don't expect anything continental. Staff is mostly helpful some do not speak English. Room gets cleaned only once a week which seems alittle inadequate. Single rooms are small by US standards. Other than that hotel is clean and well maintained. All eminities are available in the lobby or other floors. Bathroom is on a raised platform which was somewhat annoying. I would stay here because of its proximity to the rail/bus/taxi station.'

'Biggest plus is the location and the convenience that comes with it. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. But don’t expect the hotel to have the normal facilities and amenities - it’s a hotel with decent good, clean rooms, that’s it, although it is surrounded by plenty of eateries and shopping centres.'
