« This was our fourth stay. We enjoyed the beautiful fall scenery and opportunity to recharge our batteries in an authentic, step back in time farmhouse. The home is super clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the extra blankets were super comfy as the evening wore on. « Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. Itâs rare to find a rental with king beds! « Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously. »

« Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair.
