'Everything went great ,so friendly, and anything u need was close to your room !! Shower was great!! Fridge and microwave worked good ...the only bad thing was expedia took my money and never had a room reserved for me 😭 the guy kindly helped me anyway and cleaned a room !! thank goodness for him or my grandkids getaway would have been ruined !'

'The hotel is clean and quiet and overall pleasant. The breakfast is adequate and the beds are comfortable. However, the towels are atrocious: small and like sand paper! Also the shower curtain is way too short and water goes everywhere when showering. If they could fix those two things, it would greatly improve the experience'

'I fell out of bed there because the side where I was sleeping was sagging. I wanted to explain this at the office when I left, but at 9:30 AM there was no one around, so I had to drop the key through the door slot; I tried calling, but no one answered.'

'This was a last minute stop during our travels and for the bill for what we needed. Way to access from the interstate with a lot of options for food and fuel made this stop a no brained. Staff was extremely friendly both during Check in and out. We opted for the Kinh standard room and the standard was what we got. No real frill in the room. It could have been nice to have chairs in the room other than the bed and the little marshmallow for the desk chair was a joke. Overall it wasn’t bad for an...
