« The house is located in a quiet area amongst the trees. Easy drive into the Whiskey Row/Courthouse area of Prescott. I booked this house as a same day rental. Communication with the owners was extremely prompt. I had an issue on my end with one of the required forms, but Mike took the time to help me. »

« The property was very spacious and clean. There were only a couple discrepancies. There’s was hardly any laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap trash bags, and the microwave doesn’t work. The main thing is the listing stated there was a game room with a pool table, and there was no pool table at all. Overall the place was nice and spacious and would probably stay again. »

« While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. »

« The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. »
