The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary utensils, so you can easily cater for yourself. Air conditioning and WiFi provide additional comfort, while bed linen and towels are provided.



Particularly attractive is the covered terrace, which offers direct access to the garden and enables a relaxing view of the sea. Here you can eat comfortably, enjoy the sun or let the day end with a good book. A communally usable washing machine is also available.



The holiday home is located idyllically directly on the water - the nearest gravel beach is only about 20 metres away. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk, so you have all amenities conveniently at your doorstep. For guests with a boat, there is the possibility of using a boat mooring or trailer space; additional fees may apply for this.
