The Margherita Room is a cosy 10 m² double in Villa Giove, just steps from Prato railway station—ideal for business travel or exploring Tuscany.



Villa Giove Rooms is a family-run guesthouse where personal attention and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. Our staff is always on hand to suggest local restaurants, upcoming events, and the most beautiful places to discover in Prato and across Tuscany.



Check-in is fully personalised: we welcome every guest in person and are available from 1 pm to 10 pm to ensure a flexible, stress-free arrival. Free luggage storage is also available for guests who arrive early or need to store their bags after check-out.



Please note: there is no 24-hour reception—this is a guesthouse, not a hotel. We kindly ask guests to arrange their check-in time in advance with the host.



The room is located opposite the main entrance, with immediate access to the shared entry area featuring a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and a fridge with drinks available for an extra fee. A large window opens onto a private terrace, providing natural light throughout the day. Guests also have access to the shared garden.



Room amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, mini fridge, and bed and bath linen. The private en-suite bathroom is fully accessible.



House rules: Only registered guests may stay. No smoking inside the room. Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. No pets unless previously agreed. Please be respectful of other guests.



Optional services are available for an extra fee: parking for bikes, cars and motorbikes, and flexible check-out outside standard hours.

Located in a Liberty-style building in Prato, Villa Giove alla stazione offers a shared garden and a designated smoking area. The property features heating with heat pumps and hot/cold air split units. In the entrance coffee area, you’ll find a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and mini-fridge; kettle and coffee machine are available for an extra fee.



Just 150 m from the main station to Florence and Bologna, you’re steps from the center and attractions like Teatro Metastasio, Politeama, Textile Museum, Castello dell’Imperatore, and Manifatture Digitali Cinema. Parking for bikes, cars, and motorcycles is available for an extra fee.



Check-in and check-out by appointment, also outside regular hours for an extra fee. One pet is allowed with an extra cleaning fee. Events and indoor smoking are not permitted.
