A BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS LOFT AT WENCESLAS SQ. APARTMENT: This loft is after a complete renovation and it has been reconstructed with a considerable attention. All chairs are original by Vitra so no plastic unstable replicas. The windows could be opened with a remote control. There is air-conditioning in the whole apartment to regulate the temperature during the summer. In the winter, the apartment is heated with radiators - which are gray to fit the design of the place. The location can hardly be any better since the apartment 40meters away from Wenceslas Square. There is a very small elevator which goes to the 4th floor and it can only fit two people. From there, you need to walk one floor up to the loft. All the appliances are by MIELE (dishwasher, stove,...) various types of coffee All utensils Tea Coffee Salt Pepper Hot Chocolate Interactive flatscreen wifi-smart TV Extra-High speed wifi internet (100MB/s) Sheets Linens Towels (1 big + 1 small/person) SLEEPING OPTION: one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom (one is not in the pictures) a pull out sofa which sleeps 2 people and is 140x200cm (very comfortable for daily sleeping) Grocery shop right in front of the apartment. All the shops and restaurants are on the same square. The apartment itself is very quiet since it is on the 5th floor. If you happen to forget your laptop, the TV could be used as a computer. You can search on (website hidden), chill out with a glass of wine and listen to the in build jukebox or synchronize your camera and take the first look at your pictures of Prague. ........................................................ Distances on foot: Wenceslas Square - 10 seconds Old Town Square - 5 minutes Charles Bridge - 10 minutes ---------------------------------------- This apartment is within walking distance from the train station and all metro lines (A,B,C). Excellent connection from both, the train station and the airport.
Other things to note
Please note that the elevator is very small and it can only fit 1-2 guests. Also, while the apartment went through a top notch renovation, the building is still int eh original condition and will be renovated some time next year.
