At an altitude of 750 m., come and enjoy a pleasant air in summer and many walks, you can swim in the village lake 5 minutes walk away.
Winter the snow invites itself, offering magical landscapes.

You can access the estate by crossing the Arnette river thanks to our wooden bridge.
The horses present will welcome you.

The cottage is located on our estate hosting the agricultural activity of cultivating aromatic and medicinal plants of my partner.
Our accommodations are located in the same building. (separate entrance, separate terrace)

The 90 m2 gîte is duplex, the rooms are located on the 1st floor.
The first floor of the accommodations are accessed by an external staircase leading to the veranda and the kitchen following. Breathtaking view of the lake of the estate (forbidden to swim)
It is composed of 2 bedrooms with bedding in 160 cm and dressing rooms, a living room, a dining room with a wood stove (wood supplied in the cold season), a private bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
An office area is available on the mezzanine.
A private and secure terrace is at your disposal, with table and deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
You have a private parking lot.

For your safety and that of the youngest occupants, access to the lake and swimming are not permitted.

There is no television to make the most of the disconnection from the place.
Wifi is nevertheless available, the 4G packages of Bouygues and SFR are very good, Orange and Free are weaker.

A 5-minute walk away you can enjoy a magnificent setting for your swims with a view of the Pic de Nore at Lake Birotos.
A refreshment bar, a small municipal campsite, a tennis court, a hall hosting activities (garage sale, lake festival at the beginning of August...) are located around the lake.
The village has a restaurant, "Le petit pradellois" 15 minutes walk away.
The first food shops are in Villeneuve Minervois (20 min by car) or Mazamet (20 min also).

Climb to the Pic de Nore, the highest point of the Montagne Noire (1,211 m), access by GR 36 (on the edge of the area)
Take your mountain bikes, the local trails are a delight for young and old alike. (We can store them in a dry place)
