'We stayed at the Garden House for one week at the beginning of September. The house was perfect for the two of us - close to a lovely beach and within easy walking distance of two very good tavernas. The house is well equipped and well furnished. The large garden (which is on a number of different levels with small steps for access) was a lovely location in which to have breakfast, with a number of different seating areas, surrounded by citrus trees, and a very peaceful oasis in which to enjoy...

'C'est une petite location (un peu juste pour 4 personnes) mais un emplacement imbattable, littéralement à deux mètres de la plage. La vaste terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas face à la mer! La plage est familiale, tranquille, en déclivité très lente (idéale pour les enfants), quelques tamaris fournissent une ombre précieuse, sinon il y a les parasols des beach bars avoisinants. 'great hosts, Bernard and his partner were fantastic. great place to relax for two weeks, perfect to reach out to 4 great beaches close by; rental car (good to book at Athena airport) is a strong advice. clean property with lots of beautiful details, charming old house. If one loves to prepare food yourself then you will want a kitchen a bit more complete. but everything else - bathroom, two sleeping rooms with airco, exterior with veranda (schadow) and the nice also small pool perfect to relax...

'Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits dans ce logement conforme à la description. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Le logement est en bord de route relativement passante mais cela n'est finalement pas dérangeant. Pas de nuisance la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants. 'The host although living in Italy was very gracious and accommodating. The property was not as clean as we are used to, but it had a beautiful backyard sitting area where we ate all our meals. We did a lot of walking and it would be optimal to have a car to get to closest grocery store in Finous. The bakery in Posidonia was excellent and the owner practiced his English on us. He helped us with locating the property and booking a taxi. The beach was a ten minute walk down a dried up river bed...

'What a lovely place to stay! The house overlooks a beautiful bay and its location provides such a beautiful view. The house is bright, perfectly clean, comfortable and so livable. What really stood out was how carefully the owner had arranged the house so that everything worked well and easily. 'As family we had a perfect time in this apartment. Katerina already made reservations for the taxi’s from the ferry. Some basic needs were already in the fridge. The classical apartment looks great, is spacious en offers the most amazing views over Ermoupoli and its harbour. Walking distance from centre, harbour and sea. Due to some undeveloped properties next to the apartment, beware of the pigeons. Master bedroom has airco, the others bedrooms silent fans. We really enjoyed our stay!'

The location is amazing, central but quiet, near the market for convenient shopping and near all the town restaurants and bars. Clean and well equipped it is the perfect property for family living, our teenagers love being indecent and being able to go out alone. 'Nous étions deux couples avec des adolescents, très belle demeure, avec une âme et un charme certain. Des beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Jardin très bien conçu pas besoin de parasol l'ombre est conçue a partir de la végétation ou d'un patio très agréable.A chaque heure de la journée il y a une table à l'ombre et à l'abris du vent.
