'Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. 'The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. 'Schöne Penthouse-Wohnung direkt am Hafen von Portopetro. Wunderbare Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf den Hafen-dort gibt es immer was zu sehen. Parkmöglichkeit für PKW durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung mitunter schwierig. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Maria. An einem Tag war eine Dusche defekt-nach kurzer WhatsApp an Maria war am nächsten Tag der Klempner vor Ort und alles wieder OK. Vielen Dank! '

There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful.
