The Space:

You will have at your disposal two bedrooms, one of them a suite, a fully equipped kitchen, a parking space, TV with cable channels, and Wi-Fi. The living room features a small balcony. Central heating is available in all rooms, and there is one bathroom.

The Rotunda da Boavista, a green oasis in the heart of the city, is a meeting point for many streets in Porto. Located near Casa da Música and the Serralves Foundation, the Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque is known for the Monument to the Heroes of the Peninsular War, created by sculptor Alves de Sousa and architect Marques da Silva. Nearby, you'll also find the Mercado do Bom Sucesso, offering tapas, drinks, gourmet products, restaurants, and retail shops.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €190. If the amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
