Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features an inviting living and dining area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating extra guests. The sofa bed can accommodate an extra child.

The kitchen, with its contemporary design, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge, as well as a dining table to enjoy your meals in good company.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features a single bed and a practical work area with a desk.

Important note: The property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, and is therefore only recommended for basic tasks.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The energy of this neighbourhood is serene, family-friendly and genuinely Portuguese. Nearby, you will find a traditional neighbourhood atmosphere, with local shops, welcoming bakeries and excellent typical restaurants where you can taste the true and comforting northern Portuguese cuisine, feeling like a real local and far from the usual tourist crowds.

Despite this peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to the vibrant Historic Centre of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is one of the greatest assets of this location. Thanks to the quick links (either by car or via the convenient surrounding public transport network), you will reach the heart of the "Invicta" in just a few minutes. You'll easily be climbing the iconic Torre dos Clérigos, admiring the azulejos at São Bento Station or enjoying the magical atmosphere of the Ribeira waterfront along the Douro river, before returning to the silence of your accommodation for a night of absolute rest.

In addition to being an excellent gateway to Porto, this address serves as an exceptional strategic logistics base for exploring the greatest attractions in the North region. In a very short trip, you can head to the Matosinhos coast to walk along the beach and taste the famous freshly grilled fish. With easy access to the main road routes, planning day trips is incredibly simple: be amazed by the monumental grandeur and Roman heritage of Braga, discover the medieval streets of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), or set off to explore the stunning wine landscapes of the Douro Valley!

By bus, STCP and Transdev provide several lines in the area with wide coverage to Porto and Matosinhos.

By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A3 are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (around 10 minutes), Braga (around 30 minutes) and northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy on utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
