Wes Anderson inspired historical private apt

Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s house. Great proximity to Downtown and public transportation, as well as all the cool stuff to do in N Portland. We are a block away from Mississippi Ave. and close to N. Williams and Freeway access to I-5.
You will have a private entry from the front of the house. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, friends, and families (with kids). We do not allow smoking of any substances in the home.
The space
Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s Craftsman house. The house has been totally renovated with period touches including fir and mahogany built-ins, periodic specific theater sconces, and historical bar stools that legend says were used by the Rat Pack in the 1950's. Modern amenities include new appliances, new flooring and updated bathroom (with shower). You have your own entrance from the front of the house directly into the apartment space.

Decor is an eclectic mix of vintage treasures sourced from our design travels throughout the US and contemporary pieces such as a West Elm Sectional, Crate and Barrel pillows, and Schoolhouse Electric accents. Relax with the record player and our small collection of vintage tunes or watch a movie on either of the 48" tv's (Both are smart TV's connected to our Netflix account) which you are welcome to use, no cable tv is available.

You will also have free access to our gigabit fiber internet for all other web-related needs.

The main bedroom features a vintage Danish teak headboard with a fabulous Tempurpedic bed, closet, a desk area, a tv with Apple TV and a electric faux fireplace for additional warmth and ambiance.

The second bedroom is a light filled space with a full sized bed, fresh linens and it's own closet.

The house is located just a few steps from one of the coolest spots of inner Portland - Mississippi Ave. You'll find tons of great food, bars, music venues, boutique shopping, and interesting places to explore - All within blocks of the house

We hope you find our space to be a comforting spot to come home to after exploring all that Portland has to offer.

Other things to note
We are in the heart of the city, some street noise is to be expected.

Bathroom includes a shower- not a tub.

Tv is for netflix only. No cable.

If it is helpful for your group, we can set up an air mattress in the living room. Please let us know ahead of time!

Our is legally permitted to operate in Multnomah county.

All household members have been Covid-19 vaccinated.

We are less than 5 minutes from Randall Children's Hospital and Legacy Emanuel Hospital.
