« When I arrived at the property, it was completely different than described. The photographs online are if a second floor apartment. This is a first floor apartment directly on a busy street. Because people are walking by within a foot of the windows no blinds or shades are able to be raised at any time of the day. There were multiple stains on the sofa, it was a very dark interior. Street parking was very limited for our vehicles. I tried to contact the property multiple times that afternoon...

« It is a nice property. But. Being on the 4th floors ADA 2 bedroom suite one of the bathroom was backup and maintenance was on call took 2 hours the first time I called the front desk. Happened again overnight and I called front desk to let them know. Maintenance was on call and hadn’t arrived to work yet in the morning. Well I could saved me money and camped out if I wanted to use an outhouse. Ridiculous. »

« Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...
