Rehoboth Cottage is a custom-built 2020 2-bedroom, 2-bath, with loft single-family “cottage” located on a 2nd tier lot in Indian Pass. This house is only 200 steps from the Indian Pass beach, with a dedicated walkway and boardwalk located directly across the cul-de-sac from the front door. Indian Pass beach is very secluded. Both Rehoboth Cottage and Indian Pass Beach are dog-friendly.

There is also a “community pool”; however, with only three houses in the subdivision, the pool is very private. The pool area has a locked gate and includes two bath houses.

Floor Plan: First level - covered, paved parking for two vehicles, enclosed storage for guests, enclosed shower/dressing area (one of the finest around) and a 16' X 25' covered deck (soon to be screened). Up the stairs there is an open, covered porch and an enclosed screened porch. Inside the front door, you will enter the “open” living room/kitchen area. The living room has a high vaulted ceiling. It contains an “L-shaped” sofa, writing desk, tables, and lamps. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a stainless steel island, and a table that can seat up to eight people. The master bedroom contains a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath that has ceramic tile floor, granite counter top, and a large shower. There is a door leading from the bedroom to the exterior deck. This roadside deck has great views of the iconic Indian Pass Lagoon. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, and a door leading from the bedroom to the exterior deck. The second bathroom is located in the hall. It has ceramic tile floor, granite counter top, and a tub/shower combination. Located between the two bedrooms is a utility room with full size washer and dryer.

Steps leading from the living room take you to a large loft, which is designed for not only sleeping, but also for fun and games. The loft contains two twin beds that are arranged end-to-end, a game table, and a full size foosball table. There are four TV sets in the cottage…one in the living room, one in each bedroom, and one in the loft. HD cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are available.

Rehoboth Cottage is owned by an artist/interior decorator, and the furnishings and décor look like a page out of Coastal Living. In addition to the original water color paintings, most of the furnishings are either antique, re-purposed, or handmade.
