Customer Service
The customer service provided by new wave property management is severely lacking. They send out emails with information missing, such as the gate code or the building front door code. They send out text with the wrong building number listed, the front door access code being either the last four digits of my phone number or the last four digits of my wifeâs phone number. That was never the case! They claimed to have sent out emails the day before arrival and that did not happen.We send either text or emails to new wave property management and they donât answer them in a timely manner or do not answer at all.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Sandy Turtle. All members of the family had a great time.
