Layout is great. Ample space. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Pool is not convenient. Bike or golf cart is needed due to location and carrying stuff to the beach. It would be nice to have a book that contained the WiFi password, otherwise answers to community amenities, etc…

Relaxing, safe, convenient.

I booked for a family girls trip and we all loved the property. It was very clean and very spacious! The walk to the beach was not very long at all and I was taking my two year old in a stroller and my 9 year old. The shops and restaurants in the neighborhood were very convenient. The pizza place was fast and really good pizza! We really enjoyed our stay and would want to book again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be one of the property’s biggest strengths. The neighborhood was lovely, and it was an easy walk or quick drive to the beach, pool, pizza, and ice cream, which made it very convenient for our group.The house itself was mostly clean upon arrival, although we did find a couple of items left behind by previous guests. We also experienced an ant problem inside the home, with ants getting into luggage, bedding, and towels. To their credit, the management company responded promptly and sent pest control to address the issue.A few aspects of the listing did not match our expectations. The yard was primarily weeds, and we were unable to locate the advertised sport court. Additionally, the kitchen was not as well stocked as most vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Basic items such as a can/bottle opener, scissors, and adequate kitchen knives were missing.Despite these issues, the location and neighborhood amenities made for an enjoyable stay, and with a few improvements, this property could provide an even better guest experience.

Beach Vacation

Floor was dirty, put baby on floor upon arriving and his knees and hands was dirty when picking him up. Ceiling fan in master called to have repaired as it didn't work properly. Shower nozzle was unscrewed some and leaking but repair guy fixed it. There was no giant Jenga. However none of this was any issue we still had a wonderful time. Place is beautiful and a very welcoming home. We had a very nice time and the air conditioning was amazing.
