It is an independent, single-storey house (accessible to people with reduced mobility): large living room (77 m²) with large bay windows (south) including lounge/living room and open fitted kitchen, pantry (additional hob), 4 bedrooms each with 2 or 3 twin 90x200 beds (2 bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with toilet), 1 separate shower and 3 separate toilets.
Optional (see with the owners): possibility of renting 1 additional room in their house, independent and accessible from the outside (2 twin beds 90x200, with private shower room and toilet).

From the village of Port St Père, take the direction of Le Pellerin (D103) for 1.7km, then turn right towards Le Tanlay. Continue for 200 m and turn left on the private road that runs along the equestrian center. Go all the way: the gite is the wooden house.
