Met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, kunt u uw eigen heerlijke maaltijden of grill maken uit op het mooi geplaveide patio met vuurplaats. Voor die momenten waarop je gewoon wilt iemand anders om het werk te doen, ga dan naar een van de nabijgelegen restaurants (velen die aan het water) naar bepaalde gebieden favorieten te genieten!

    Grenzend Pine Island State Park vindt u een gezinsvriendelijk strand om te zonnen, zwemmen, vogels kijken, op zoek naar zeeschildpadden en dolfijnen of gewoon ontspannen met een goed boek. Met schoon, wit zand en ondiep water, het is de perfecte plek voor kinderen om te werken wat energie in het water of op de speelplaats. Er zijn koude dranken en lichte maaltijden verkrijgbaar bij Willy's Tropical Breeze Cafe. Uiteraard kunt u altijd voor kiezen om gebruik te maken van de 4 kajaks met zwemvesten verstrekt als onderdeel van uw huur te maken. U vindt hier ook bordspellen en dvd's voor sommige familie plezier.

This stay—this home—was beyond wonderful! A beautiful, out-of-the-hubbub location mere steps from the beach. We took advantage of both decks and the beach daily, including frequent swimming in the Gulf. A very well-appointed kitchen, including a small, quiet dishwasher. Big TV with ample streaming services for after dark entertainment. Delicious food and atmosphere at Bayport Inn a couple miles away, but we dined in more often than not. What a blessing that this place is made available for visitors to enjoy!

Love this hidden gem!

Love this place and the location is perfect for relaxing on the beach or fishing all day long on kayaks. This is our 2nd time and we had an amazing relaxing vacation again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Cute little cottage on the bay. Was great for one night. Beds weren't very comfortable and there was no way to get to a beach because the park was closed. But the porch was great for coffee in the morning, kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed for a quick stop over.

the property was all that and more. watching the dolphins swimming was breathtaking. we didnt need for anything the property manager was right there and awesome she gave us places to see and places hidden away for great food

Fantastic property. Being informed of beach being closed and work on home being performed prior to stay would have been courteous but would not have changed our plans and did not effect our satisfaction or enjoyment of this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay!!

Hidden Corner of Paradise

the place was cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the view was stunning. it shares a property line with the main beach which was nice to visit for the spectacular sunset. the added bonus was it came with kayaks and paddleboards with a launching area right in the backyard. the town with typical shopping and restaurants was only 15 mins away. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay off the beaten path.

Perfect getaway spot!

The home was absolutely perfect! This was a mother-daughter trip to Florida. Three out of four nights we were able to watch dolphins up by shore. We absolutely loved the tropical feel of the home and the location. We especially loved the two sliding glass doors that faced the golf of America. The pine Island Beach was still closed for repairs so at night we would walk along the shore and catch a sunset. This home had everything we needed and more!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I chose this home for a weekend getaway to celebrate her birthday. We were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle and this place did not disappoint! The home had everything that we needed, including kayaks and a large gas grill, which we took advantage of everyday. There’s a beach/park that’s literally right next door that you can walk to and watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

My husband and two granddaughters stayed here for a few days for our annual summer vacation. The house is very cute and the perfect size for us. We loved being so close to the beach! The girls kayaked and snorkeled for the first time! We watched the sunset on the beach every night! The girls cried when we had to leave. We hope to be back someday. This home is a magical little oasis.

2 day stay

Nice location, awesome sunsets. The kayak area needed help with some cleaning of equipment. The main bed was very uncomfortable and outside lights shone (either I couldn’t find the switch off or they were on a timer) and the main bed was very hot so I slept on the pullout couch bed. Not much parking room. House was cute and overall we enjoyed our trip but I think once was enough. Communication was timely with house manager.

Great Location

The property was as advertised! Very clean and beach access was fantastic. The house had everything we needed and it was just a 10 minute drive to stores etc. It was an added bonus there were paddle boards included as well. We loved seeing the dolphins, manatee's and some sting rays. The water at the beach is very shallow when the tide goes out but is extremely clear when the tide is high. There aren't any waves so it's perfect for little kids. Because it's so shallow, you can take the boards out quite a distance and still see the bottom. Very nice little house.

Wonderful family place to stay at

We loved the house and the location. We liked that it was far enough north out of the busier populated areas. It sits right next to a small state park. Only con was the park cleaning crew noise in the morning for a bit. We spent a lot of time using the paddle boards and kayaks. Perfect little launch point in the back to a channel off the Gulf. House was clean and well stocked. Great communication with the manager. Nice beach that does not allow more people than what the parking lot holds so doesn’t get too busy. There were no shells at the beach - only thing my kids were disappointed about. I am so glad we found this place.

Love the fact that we were so close to the beach!The weather could have been better, but every so many years we have a winter coat visit to Florida in February. Let’s hope next February will be warm and wonderful like it normally is. There was a problem with ants, but I’m sure that was due to the rain. We found that if we kept the light on over the sink it kept the ants awayThe dogs that barked well into and during the night were something I don’t ever remember from years past. Don’t know if the owners of the dogs know that their beloved pets are keeping other guests awake.I missed the book that explained when the trash neede to go out, and other rules of the house, like what is expected before leaving the property. This was our first experience with the new heat/ac units and although they were wonderful once we figured out how to work them some instructions and extra batteries would have been nice.Do you give multi week discounts? We are getting to the age that we are tired of moving every week to someplace new and your little slice of paradise is by far our favorite.Thanh you so much for being great hosts and always getting back to us in a very timely manner.Ed and Jean
