Welcome to your coastal getaway a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat in the gated Long Island Village Golf Resort. Perfect for couples or small groups, the home features a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, and an open living area designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen comes stocked with the essentials so you can prepare meals at home, while the living room offers a bright, inviting space to unwind. Outside, enjoy a area where you can sip your morning coffee or soak in the peaceful waterfront atmosphere. Guests also have access to resort amenities including two pools, one pool is outside and the other pool is indoor and is heated, hot tub, fitness center, pickle ball, valley ball and basketball court, pool table, golf, and more, making this the ideal spot to relax and recharge.

When you arrive you must register at the Welcome Center then you are required to pay the
Resort Amenities(additional fee of $90 is required) and is paid directly to the LIV Resort. It is paid on-site at the Welcome Center. The amenities fee covers the Heated Indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball, volleyball court, pool table, tennis court, pickleball, and shuffleboard. It also includes usage of the business center, gym, recreation center, coin-operated laundry, and dog park.

Boat and trailer can be left at the recreational hall if a space is available for $10.00 a day. Bring a wheel lock or you can rent one from the Welcome Center for $50.00 per stay and the $50.00 will be refunded when you return the wheel lock. You can launch your boat at the boat ramp located at the Welcome Center for $5.00 a day.

When you check in at the Welcome Center you will receive a parking pass please hang it in your front mirror. Do not park on the street or grass or you will get a parking ticket, park in the driveway only 2 vehicles only.

There is a 18 hole golf course that is an additional fee , it is not included in the Resort Fee Amenities.
Small pets are allowed under 25lbs.

1 Queen Sofa Bed in the living room.

• Bathroom •
1 bathroom offers for your convenience shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, along with a vanity, tub and shower combo.

• Sheets/Towels •
The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of your guests.

Smoking and or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside or outside of this property

Charcoal Grills and Wood Chips are allowed on the property. You may use a propane grill or flat grill but one is not provided.

Unauthorized Guest: Only guest that are registered are allowed on the property. No other guest outside the reservation are allowed on the property. Parties, events, or any other gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Please shake clothes, towels, shoes, etc off before entering the cottage.

You must be 25 years old or older to Book this property!.

Guest will have access to the entire property via self check-in
You will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to check in.
The trash compactor is located on Sea Shell Drive, please take your trash there.
