This 3 bedroom,1 bathroom house can be found in the heart of Port Fairy. Park in the driveway, ample space for 3 cars if needed and head inside.

The master bedroom is the first room on the right, and comes with a Queen bed, built in robes, period fireplace and mantle and a wall heater for the winter months. The high ceilings giving you relief in summer from the heat until that cool ocean breeze swings around in the early afternoon.

The second two bedrooms both come with a unique loft style wooden tri-bunk format. The tri-bunks offer a double bed on the bottom and loft style single on the top, accessible from both sides and with a larger than normal space above the double bed. Both rooms contain built in robes and portable heaters for winter. The bathroom, situated at the back of the house has a shower with separate toilet.

A large dining room with period chimney features an 8 seater table and leads into the kitchen which offers all expected conveniences you would need holidaying away from home. A Lux oven remains in place as reminder of the cottage's origin story.

The heart of this home is the living space. Found at the back of the home with windows on either side to let in the sun it is a warm and inviting retreat. The room has both split system, large screen TV, multiple sofas and a retro record player. Guests will find books and board games to entertain all ages. The living space looks out to a generous backyard of green grass, established fruit trees and garden - a perfect setting to relax in the sun or play Finska with your family and friends.

Hewlett Cottage is the perfect destination for those who want to be able to leave the car parked up for their stay. Situated only a couple of minutes walk to all Port Fairy's cafes and restaurants, there is a plethora of choice at your fingertips.
