No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Boat Lift
Guests are not allowed to use the boat lift.

Hurricane Status
The property has not sustained any hurricane damage and is fully operational for guest use.

Television Access
When turning on the living room TV, you may be prompted to enter a four-digit code to access live television.

Streaming to the TV
To stream content from your mobile device (such as DirecTV, ESPN, or movies), connect your device to the TV using a compatible HDMI cable. Press the INPUT button on the remote and scroll to the HDMI port corresponding to where your cable is connected.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
