We enjoyed our stay and our host Alena was very attentive and helpful. However the internet/ WiFi connection was trash. We had to go out everyday just to send and receive our emails. Alena did arrange for an antenna for the tv as it was an internet tv but that only worked on one tv.

The home itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential, but unfortunately, my stay was very uncomfortable.There were bugs throughout the home, including bugs crawling around on the sofa, which made it difficult for me to relax or even sit comfortably and watch TV. I communicated this concern to the host, but unfortunately, I never received a response.I had originally booked the home for five nights, but due to my daughter having surgery earlier than scheduled, I had to leave after only one night. I communicated the situation to the host and respectfully asked if she would consider a refund or some accommodation for the unused nights and the inconvenience, but again, I received no response.What was especially disappointing was the lack of communication and compassion. I did my part to leave the home in good condition. I washed the laundry, took out the trash, and cleaned up before leaving.I understand that things happen, and I wasn’t expecting perfection. I simply hoped for some communication, understanding, and kindness given the circumstances. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that, and I would not feel comfortable booking this property again.
