Checking in on Saturday, the pool heater & pump were not operating. Contacted the property manager & 24 hrs. later, she responded to contact the office on Monday. After contacting the office on Monday, the pool service came Tuesday & got pump running & heater going. By Wednesday, the pool was finally usable. Also on Monday, we notified the property manager of a few other issues which included the primary bathroom shower not draining and the mattress in the primary bedroom sloping, uncomfortable, & not supportive. A handyman came in on Thursday & corrected various items except the bed. A queen bed in another bedroom was used instead of the primary. We are still awaiting contact from the property manager in the hope of receiving partial refund for our stay due to the issues we encountered.
