'High quality house with unique appeal of the floor to ceiling windows providing views of Eucalypts and a secluded bay beyond. Regional trail that's great for hiking and jogging borders property. Nice area for wildlife viewing and as a staging point for exploring SE Tasmania. Clean and the check-in/out process was friendly, well-communicated and simple.'

'The house is a lovely little place to stay but the cleanliness was sub par. Extremely dusty, dead flys everywhere cobs webs visible in every room. Bread crumbs & coffee stains on the chopping board. '

'The views from the property were amazing. It was a beautiful cottage but although they mentioned two bathrooms and toilet facilities I found that it was lacking privacy. The door of the bathrooms were not functional. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a door. So we had to use only one bathroom. Other than that all good. '

'Just had a wonderful 3 days at White Beach Retreat while travelling around Tasmania with friends. The house is beautiful. Incredibly clean and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is configured to suit 2 couples or a family with a large bedroom at each end of the house and private bathrooms. Another bedroom with 2 singles is also down one end of the house. 'Basic house, but clean and convenient to the beach. Breathtaking views. Lots of games and activities, such as darts and pool table. Promise sands is a wonderful swimming beach'

'The views from all of the windows were absolutely stunning. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, and spices/condiments/etc. The upstairs windows do make things a bit toasty during warm weather, so if you open up the windows, make sure to close them before mosquito time in the evening! The bedroom windows all have automatic blinds that are really helpful. We hoped to see more wildlife from this great location, but we mainly saw birds in the distance. 'This property was a wonderful stay for four friends travelling together. We were able to relax on the deck overlooking the vineyard and the bay, spread out in the two large living spaces, knock up a meal in the well appointed kitchen or BBQ, or take a short walk down to the beach. We had a smooth check-in and all communication was clear and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!'
