House with garden - between Paris and Disney

The house offers a large, bright living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare meals just like at home.

It includes three bedrooms: the first has a 160 cm double bed, the second a 140 cm double bed, and the third a comfortable sofa bed. The family bathroom is spacious and practical, equipped with a shower, bathtub, and double sink. There are two separate toilets for added comfort, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

You have access to the entire house.
You can park one car in the courtyard and two more in front of the property.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Pontault-Combault, close to shops and restaurants. Disneyland Paris is just a 25-minute drive away, and central Paris is about 30 to 35 minutes away via the A4 motorway.

The RER E station is approximately a 7-minute drive or 15-minute bus ride away, with stops within walking distance.

Two cameras are present to film the exterior of the property.
