Cottages in Ponferrada

'Habitacion no especialmente limpia y con la basura de baño aun sin vaciar de los clientes anteriores..'

'This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We were unable to have dinner at the restaurant because they were too busy with the bigger groups. Tried for 15 min to have the dinner we had booked in our reservation, then went to another restaurant. Money wasted, would never come here again.'

'Very friendly and helpful personel'

'Nadie nos atendió, cogimos la llaves nosotros mismos del mostrador. Habitación y baño muy mejorables y algo fría. Visito habitualmente Ponferrada y por el precio hay mejores opciones. '

'Great location near the castle, with secure garage parking for motorcycles. It’s an older property but reasonably well maintained and was ideal for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was simple and could be better but overall everything was fine. '

'Good location 5 mins from bus station and centre. Arrived early, someone kindly dealt with me (very cold day). Room etc fine apart from poor (ducted)heating system that you had to leave on (the fan) all the time but which made little difference.'
